TRUE WORSHIP OF GOD (Rev 4:10-11)

     In the book of Revelation, the 12 elders around the heavenly throne exultantly sounded saying in effect "Worthy art Thou O God! Oh how worthy! "

     How much do we appreciate his worthiness? 

     As created beings in God's image, we often fail to recognize the urge to worship our Maker.

     We may have been so engrossed in worldly things (like sufferings, trials,  tradition, broken relationships, lust and false teachings) that would keep our attention away from praise? 

     But don't we feel a very deep need to worship him within us and the joyful experience that his presence provides us daily?

     We should have a conscious thought of his goodness and righteousness (from sun up to sun down); and thankful for his great LOVE for us through Jesus' atonement on the cross.

     How intense is our joy and gratitude when he solves our problems? 

     Whether spiritually or physically, the way back to God is TRUE WORSHIP by trusting and obeying his command to LOVE (Mtt 22:37-40; 28:18-20; Act 2:38).

     His promise of eternity with him and inheritance of his glorious riches should definitely bring us JOY and everlasting PEACE (Jno 3:16; Eph 3:14-21).

     Someone rightly said, "The more diligently we seek God, the more we will understand the importance of PRAISING him" (Mtt 6:31-34).
