EMBRACING THE GRACE OF GOD.
Introduction
Grace is one of the most powerful and transformative themes in all of Scripture. It is the divine favor extended to humanity—not because we deserve it, but because God is merciful and loving beyond measure. To understand grace is to begin to grasp the depth of God's love and the incredible lengths He went to in order to redeem us from sin.
I - The Consequences of Sin
Our Sins Separated Us from God (Isaiah 59:2)
Our Prayers Are Not Answered Because of Sin. (Psalm 66:18).
We All Have Sinned (Romans 3:23)
The Punishment for Sin is Death. (Romans 6:23)
II - God Demonstrated His Grace
To have a deeper understanding of God's grace, let us turn to the following Scriptures, which offer valuable knowledge and guidance:
God Demonstrated His Love For Us (Romans 5:8-9)
God Gave His Son Jesus Christ. (John 3:16-17)
God Is Rich In Mercy (Ephesians 2:4-5)
God's Grace in our Salvation (Titus 3:3-7)
Conclusion
Grace is the means by which God offers us redemption, justifies us, and calls us to a new life in Christ. It is not by our own righteousness that we are saved, but through God’s mercy, which renews and cleanses us.
